Walk - 10km
This program will help you get to your 10K walking event with several levels of increasing challenge. In this program you will be introduced to hill training and steady walks to build your training schedule.
Walk - 5km
If your goal is to complete a 5K walking event this is the program for you. This training program builds on the Walking Fitness program and is broken down into four levels for increasing challenge.
Walk - Half Marathon
If the half marathon is your walking goal, this program is for you. Choose from four training schedules to build on your 10K program and include hill training, steady walks and speed training to help you get to your finish line.
Walk - Marathon
Prepare for your walk marathon event or just experience the training. Choose from several training schedules and include hill training and steady walks to build your program and reach your marathon goals.
