5km: $25.00
until August 6, 2004,
$30.00 there after
kids under 14 yrs $15.00

Early Bird Pick Up:
Saturday, August 14,2004
at Tansley Woods foyer from10- 2pm and
race day from 7:30-8:30 am.

Awards:
Overall male and female plus masters male and female.
Medals will also be awarded to the top three in age categories
from 10 and under to 70 plus in 10 year increments for males
and females.

10-under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29,
30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

T-Shirts:
The first 100 registrants will Receive a FREE T-shirt.

Timing:

This race will be manually timed.

Post Race Events:

A BBQ following the race will be provided at a nominal cost.
