George Brown College Sport and Event Marketing Students Present: "The Great Green Challenge: A race to a sustainable solution." The Great Green Challenge is a 10km environmentally friendly scavenger hunt across Downtown Toronto. This is an opportunity to compete with friends, discover the diversity of Toronto, and show your support for the Green Movement. Do you have what it takes to Go Green?
Teams of 2-4 will navigate across the city and find our stop locations using the official race map. At each stop teams will seek to complete eco-friendly challenges and decipher clues to score points while learning valuable tips for "Going Green". Look out! Several opportunities for bonus points lie along the race route.
The Great Green Challenge champions will be the team that reaches the finish line with the most points in the least amount of time. Stay tuned for exciting prize announcements!
Start: George Brown College, Casa Loma Campus
Finish: Biermarkt (58 The Esplanade at Church St)
The post race reception and awards ceremony will be held at the Biermarkt and will feature guest speakers and a silent auction.
