Kits will not be mailed.
Anyone can pick-up your kit at the expo.
They may be asked for identification and your confirmation number (if you registered online). Only participants traveling from out of town (for the Marathon and Half Marathon only), may pick-up their bib and chip (no shirts) at Mel Lastman Square from 7:15 am on Race day. Please arrive early, as you want to make sure to get your chip and bib before the Gun goes off.

- Marathon- 9:00am Mel Lastman Square
- Half-Marathon - 8:00am Mel Lastman Square
- 5K - 8:00am Queen's Park
- Relay - 9:20am Mel Lastman Square
All participants in the Marathon and Half Marathon will receive a Karbon Technical Wicking Shirt - a $45 value!
Registration fees include bus transportation to race start, and bag check. Runners will be provided with bagels, Cedar Springs Water, Gatorade, bananas, oranges and plenty of other refreshments at the finish area in Queen's Park. Pizza Pizza and other vendors will be on site for both participants and spectators. All left over food will be donated to Second Harvest.
Showers and change room facilities are available at Hart House, a short distance from the finish line. A huge team of massage and physiotherapist will be available to all Full and Half Marathoners to help work out some of the aches and pains you may be feeling.
A full and very experienced medical team will be on hand to assist any participant in need, as well as a team of chiropodists to help treat your sore feet.
Carbo Dinner tickets may be purchased for $25 when registering online.
