  • Venue:
    Heart Lake Conservation Area
    10818 Heart Lake Conservation Area
  • Parking:
    Inside the main gate there is plenty of parking. You will not need to pay the gate fee.
  • Meeting Area:
    On-Site registration will occur in the parking area. Table and banner will Indicate registration area.
  • Onsite Registration:
    On-site registration will occur in the meeting area between 5:45 and 6:45. $20 adults, $10 kids 12 and under.
  • Facilities:
    Port-a-potties are available in the parking area. No indoor facilities will be available.
  • Start Times:
    • May 12 - 6:45 pm
    • June 2 - 7:00 pm
    • June 23 - 7:00 pm
    • July 14 - 7:00 pm
    • Aug 4 - 7:00 pm
    • Aug 25 - 7:00 pm
    • Sept 15 - 7:00 pm
  • Course:
    This 5km course will be run on gravel trails, some grass and some pressed dirt. This course design will be a figure eight.
  • Course markings will include:
    Irrigation flags with Recession Race stickers, arrows on stakes, pylons and flagging tape.
  • Restrictions:
    Dogs will not be permitted on the run/walk course.
