Race Kit Pickup Notes

At all places you will get your number and timing chip. Brochures for other races will be available for people who wish to take them.

Event Times:

• 10K Wheelchair Race: 8:25 am
• 10K Run: 8:30 am
• Flashback Mile: 8:32 am

Fee Details:

This race has been popular with kids, but there is an open adult category as well (male/female award separate)for those who like to run really fast!
BC Athletics members will receive $3 off their registration fee!

There are different categories you may enter in for each event:
10K Wheelchair: Open Men, Open women , Quad Men and Quad Women
Flashback Mile: Open Men , Open women and the kid categories (8-9, 10-11, 12-13 and 14-15)

This is Race 9 of the NEW Lower Mainland Road Race Series. You do not need to be a participant in this series to enter, anyone can. We welcome everyone from beginners to veterans. The course is flat-good for everyone!

Age Groups

1. Choose your event! Click on the registration link to go to the secure registration page.
2. Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to include your proper email address!
3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions processed securely.
4. You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your application and payment details.
5. Check the on-line confirmation list above.

All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry fee does not include processing fee.
