- Registration and race kit pick up on race day at Emmas Backporch from 7:00 am until 8:45
The first 1000 Santa's to enter will receive a $10 gift certificate for Emma's Backporch and the Waterstreet Cooker.
Santa Suits:
- All race participants will recieve a Santa suit that must be worn during the event. It will consists of a beard, hat, jacket, pants and belt.
- The Santa suit comes in a size for men, women and children

The Burlington St. John Ambulance Medical First Response Team is here for you! Our volunteers serve the community, providing first aid and emergency services at races, festivals, tournaments, parades and other events, while playing a vital role in the critical areas of emergency preparedness and emergency response. Trained to handle any medical emergency, we are on the scene with two fully equipped ambulances and a bike team that can get anywhere quickly when needed. As a not-for-profit organization we depend on your generosity to continue our commitment to the health and safety of our citizens. Your donation to St. John Ambulance Burlington helps maintain our vehicles, supplies and equipment.
Our time is volunteered, our service is professional, your donation is greatly appreciated!

3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions
processed securely.
4. You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your
application and payment details.
5. Check the on-line confirmation list above.
6. If there are any questions about your online registration please click on the contact us link to communicate with the race director.
All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry fee does not include processing fee.

It’s Simple! When you register for an event you will be prompted to set up a Free member login account. You can login when you enter the race or after registering. If you will be collecting donations for this event's charity, you have to be logged in to access the Donations tab. If you are not a member please sign up for a free account. Creating an account will allow you to customize personal home pages to begin tracking and soliciting donations for your favorite charities.

The Athlete Dashboard is a new feature when you set up a member login and password and its Free.
The Athlete Dashboard allows you to view everything related to your events on one page; race registration information on all your events, results tracking for all your events, notice of photos for your events and charitable fundraising tracking.
