Race Day (July 1st) at Paradiso from 7:00 am till 8:30 am.

Information:

The races start at Spencer Smith Park on Lakeshore at Brant on the boardwalk beside the hotel.
It is an out and back 5k course along the paved path.
The race is Thursday July 1st 8:30 start in the park
Race chip pick up is at Paradiso Restaurant from 7 am until 8:15.
- There is also registration available there and t-shirt pick up.
Paradiso is located a couple of blocks from the race start and it is on Pine Street near Elizabeth.
There is parking on Elizabeth and lots on Pearl as well.
Registration and Kit pick up (not chip though) will also be at the Burlington Running Room store on Wednesday June 30th from 11 until 4:00 pm (see above)
Paradiso Pizza and awards party will take place following the races at Paradiso starting at 9:30 am

Prizes & Awards:

Overall Male and female receives a Bulova watch courtesy of Classic Jewellery (over $265.00 value) plus a will and powers of attorney courtesy of Roseland Law Chambers and dinner for two from Paradiso, flowers from Flowers By the Dozen and a medal
Masters overall male will receive a Levi's Interchangeable FOB/Wrist watch set plus dinner for two at Paradiso, flowers and a medal.

Master overall female will receive a sterling silver key set with cubic zirconia and matching chain. Plus dinner for two at Paradiso, flowers and a medal

First in each age category (5 year increments) will receive the watch or silver key set (men or ladies) plus medals
Second in each age category will receive dinner for two from Paradiso plus medals
Third in each age category will receive a Running Room gift card. Plus medals

First 250 to enter will receive a fabulous technical Canada Day shirt
Post race Pizza party at Paradiso following the races!

Proceeds from this race go to Burlington Community Living.
