There will be race day registrant from 5 till 7 at Bayfront park on June 1st

The first 300 registered participants will receive a FREE mens singlet!
Sizes: S, M, L, XL

As of Sunday at 6:00pm, registration is available at:

Hamilton Running Room
Monday from 11:00am - 4:00pm
Bayfront park where kit and chip pick up will take place
Tuesday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Directions to race site:

403 towards Hamilton
York Blvd cut off right on York until Bay Street
Left on Bay until Bayfront Park

This is a mens only race with only woman as volunteers. Following the race there will be beer, wings, and Ribs.

Top 3 in each age category will receive a beer stein courtesy of VR Pro and Better Bitters.

The race course will be throuhout Bay Front park in Hamilton.
