Each registrant will receive a free organic race t-shirt (if registered by April 12, 2010), a reusable water bottle, and an heirloom tomato plant.

Race Start Times:
- 5K - 10:00 am
- Kids Run - 11:00 am
Course:
- Course starts and finishes in the 200 block of 5th Street in Historic Valley Junction in West Des Moines. The 3.1 mile route includes Holiday Park.
Awards:
- A $50 gift certificate to the Running Room will be awarded to the overall male and female finisher of the 5K run.
- The top two male and female finishers in each of the age groups (>19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+) will be awarded gift certificates to shops in Historic Valley Junctions.

2. Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to
include your proper email address!
3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions
processed securely.
4. You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your
application and payment details.
5. Check the on-line confirmation list above.
6. If there are any questions about your online registration please click on the contact us link to communicate with the race director.
All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry fee does not include processing fee.
