Get great motivational advice from John Stanton, renowned author and founder of the Running Room. Go for a short walk or run to ease the nervous tension and then stay for refreshments. Join John, the Running Room and your pace bunnies at City Park on Saturday, October 6th at 9:00 a.m. |
