*Relay Teams must have 3 to 5 members. Minimum age for this event is 14. Teams must pass their timing chip as the "relay baton" and the timing chip MUST be worn on the ankle when crossing ANY timing mats or no official time will be recorded. This includes timing mats at the start, finish, halfway point or anywhere else along the course. Teams are strongly encouraged to make their relay exchanges at the designated Relay Exchange Points.

Race Kit Pickup:

  • Race package pickup takes place at
    Schumiatcher Hall, lower level of the Conexus Arts Centre.
  • Use Southwest building entrance.
    • Friday, September 7th - 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
    • Saturday, September 8th - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Log onto to www.runqcm.com for specific race kit pickup dates and times.
    RACE KITS WILL NOT BE MAILED OR DELIVERED.
    THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKAGE PICKUP

  • Full Marathon - 8:00 am
  • Half Marathon - 8:00 am

Shirts:
  • Full Marathon participants automatically receive a long sleeve technical shirt with their race registration, available in both Men's and Women's sizes, XS to XXL. Check www.runqcm.com for sizing chart.
  • Half Marathon and Relay participants automatically receive a short sleeve technical shirt with their race registration, available in both Men's and Women's sizes, XS to XXL. Check www.runqcm.com for sizing chart.
  • Mini Marathon participants receive a short-sleeve cotton shirt. Unisex kids sizes S to XXL.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • 50% REFUND DEADLINE:
    Participants who contact us via email by July 31st to officially withdraw will be eligible for a 50% refund on the total paid for registration fees and pasta party tickets, less any credit card processing charges.
  • After July 31st, no fees or payments will be refunded for any reason.
  • There is NO CHARGE and NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED for parents/guardians accompanying small children on the course for the 3K Mini Marathon event (5-10 yr division).
  • No pets, strollers, baby-joggers or wheeled devices are allowed on the course.
  • Minimum age on race day for Full Marathon is 16. Minimum age on race day for Half Marathon is 14. Minimum age on race day for Relay Team Marathon is 14.
  • PLEASE ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER WITHOUT SPACES.
    • A processing fee will be added to all payments made by credit card, whether online or by mail-in/drop-off entry form.
    • The payment will appear on your credit card statement as "Running Room Canada ".
  • Registration fees listed here only apply to ONLINE registration.
  • For printed registration forms (mailed in or dropped off) please add $10.00 to each registration fee.
  • ENTRIES MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED, GIVEN OR SOLD TO A THIRD PARTY OR DEFERRED TO A FUTURE DATE.
