For safety reasons, you must be a registered runners and walker to access the runway area. If you want to be a spectator, please register as a walker. You will receive a t-shirt and be allowed to access the runway, but you are not required to participate in the walk. ***Note: there is no seating available for spectators.***

*Teams:

  • 2K-Families
    Registration fee includes up to 4 family members. Additional members, up to maximum of 6 per Family, will add an additional cost as indicated above.
  • 5K-Teams
    Registration fee includes 2 up to 10 team members.
    All member information is required prior to registering a team.

    In the unlikely event that we experience lightning or low visibility close to the start time of the Runway Run, we will have to cancel the Runway Run due to operational and safety requirements. Please note that all donations, including your entrance fee, are nonrefundable in the unlikely event that it is cancelled. We will do our best to communicate this information to you as early on, and our first choice will be to postpone, rather than cancel. We will communicate a postponment or cancellation on the day of via our Website and we will also communicate via social media.

All proceeds from this race go to Hope Air.

Course Restrictions

  • Due to the sensitive nature of the runway, only necessary personal belongings will be allowed on the course.
  • For safety reasons, courses are limited to registered runners and walkers only.If you want to be a spectator, please register as a walker: you will then be allowed access to the course. You are not required to complete the 2km walk. Unregistered Spectators will be allowed to accompany participants, but please note, they will not be allowed out on the runway and must remain in the Welcome/Registration Centre.
  • Only necessary personal belongings will be permitted on the course, as litter is extremely hazardous to aircraft operations
  • Roller blades, bicycles and pets are not permitted on the runway
  • Smoking is prohibited.
  • Please wear appropriate footwear and attire.

2. Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to include your proper email address!
3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions processed securely.
4. You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your application and payment details.
5. Check the on-line confirmation list above.
6. If there are any questions about your online registration please click on the contact us link to communicate with the race director.
All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry fee does not include processing fee.
