Come run the beautiful trails of Pacific Spirit Park on Canada Day and then enjoy post race refreshments in Wesbrook Village. First time on the trails, no problem as we have two FREE planned orientation night runs from the UBC Running Room. Info can be found at www.runcanadaday.com
