For those who register AFTER Thursday, September 20, there will be a limited number of 'sweat shop free' T-shirts available to purchase for $15 at the race kit pickup. BUT a 'sweat shop free' T-shirt will be included in your registration fee if you register by Thursday, September 20!

If an individual raises $100 or a family raises $200 your registration fee will be refunded.

First 200 ONLINE registrations will receive a handmade gift from Haiti!

There will be freshly baked Tall Grass Prairie Bakery cinnamon buns waiting for you at the end of the race and Wolseley Wellness Centre will provide pre and post-race massage!

All Proceeds from this race will benefit Hand in Hand with Haiti, a project of EMAS Canada.
