NEWS FLASH!!! Parking has been made much more convenient!

FOR OPTIONS 1,2,3,4,6,7: Parking spaces have now been made available in the village of Queenston on the day of the Laura Secord Commemorative Walk. You will not be required to take an early morning shuttle from Niagara College to Queenston... you can park right in the village and walk to the Laura Secord Homestead to start your walk. However, early morning shuttles will still be running from Niagara College to Queenston for those who are staying in the Niagara College Residence or who prefer to park at that location.

OPTION 5 (Cross and Climb) participants can park in Joseph McCaffery Park and walk or take a shuttle to Rotary Park.

SHUTTLE BUSES RUN ABOUT EVERY 30 MINUTES IN BOTH DIRECTIONS FROM ALL WAYSTATIONS

The Heartland Forest Laura Secord Symbolic Walk
2.0 - 3.2 km An alternative NIagara-based event with special accommodations for the physically challenged
Heartland Forest, a unique barrier-free nature preserve and recreational facility in Niagara Falls, has partnered with the Friends of Laura Secord to provide a special opportunity for a symbolic Laura Secord walk that is open to everyone.

$100+ $20 for each additional group member
*Groups of 4 - 10 must be a minumum of 4 and a maximum of 10. Each member over 4 will be charged and addition fee. - See chart above

Each registrant will receive a free shirt (Unisex sizes S-XXL), commemorative medal, and swag bag with other goodies.

Proceeds from this walk will go towards the Accessible Trail at Laura's Crossing, the 'Go the Extra Mile' scholarship, Laura Secord Legacy Trail development and maintenance, and a range of other non-profit public interest projects coordinated by the Friends of Laura Secord.
