A first-aid station will be located at the 31 km mark and at the finish line. Medical personal and
ambulances will also be on the course during the event. A post-race massage, for marathoners only,
will be available at the finish line; register on the entry form as walk-ins cannot be accepted.

For logistical reasons and to ensure the best possible event, all events
will be capped. This makes it essential for those who wish to participate to ENTER EARLY!

race walkers not able to meet the 12:30pm course closure are
asked to start at 6:00am.
Youíll find 14 company-sponsored aid stations providing water, sponges, Gatorade, and sanitary
facilities approximately every 3 km on the marathon course. PowerBars and Gels will be located
at the 31 km aid-station.
Chip timing will track your start and finish providing quick and accurate results. All runners must
use this system. You will pick up your chip at package pick up and return it after the race at the
finish line. All chips not returned are the responsibility of the runner. A $40.00 charge will be
administered for unreturned chips.
