Choose your own mode of activity – walk, run, cycle - to get yourself to sites or locations in your home city or town that represents to you and your Canadian identity.

All Canada Day participants in the Virtual and In Person events ( 5K, 10K and 15K distances) will receive a Commorative Canada Day shortsleeve shirt and finishers medal. Children participating in 1K or 2K events will receive a finishers medal.
