Race Kit Pick Up:

For participants that live in the Greater City of Sudbury area race kit pick up will be as follows:

  • Sunday, May 15, 2021 from noon to 4:00 pm@ Bell Park York Street Parking Lot
  • Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm @ Bell Park York Street Parking Lot
  • Friday, May 28, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm @ Bell Park York Street Parking Lot

The Northern Cancer Foundation staff will have all of the race kits in alphabetical order and ready to be handed quickly to the participant.

We ask that participants drive up to where our Northern Cancer Foundation staff  will be set up.
Roll your window down. Provide us with your name as it is registered. 
Please make sure to wear a mask. 
Our staff will then hand you your race kit. 
You are to the keep driving to leave the parking lot.

The race kit area will be set up so that participants can just drive in an oval to come in and out.

Note: All out of town participants race kits will be mailed out.

Run with us, wherever you are! You can run, jog, or walk on
the road, on the trail, or on the treadmill.
You get to run your own race, at your own pace.

  • The Northern Cancer Foundation was formed with the mission of raising funds throughout the Northeastern Ontario region to support cancer research and cancer care programs of the Northeast Cancer Center of Health Sciences North (HSN).
  • You can set up a fundraising page through your Running Room account, after you have registered for the Run. All you need to do is go to the Fundraising tab (at the top of the registration page) and select Raise Funds to set up your fundraising page.

  1. Choose your event! Click on the registration link to go to the secure registration page
  2. Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to include your proper email address!
  3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions processed securely.
  4. You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your application and payment details.
  5. Check the on-line confirmation list above.
  • All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Entry fee does not include processing fee .

Many of our events are affiliated with a charity. Supporting a charity has never been easier!

It's Simple! If you are registering for an event that is associated with a Charity there will be a Donations tab on the top of the race page. All you need to do is go to the Donations tab and select Raise funds to set up your fundraising page. Once you set up a new Fundraising account or login with your existing profile you are ready to solicit your friends and family members to support you! All the resources you need to set your donation goals, solicit donation, and track funds are on your donations dashboard.

The Athlete Dashboard is a new feature when you set up a member login and password and its Free.

The Athlete Dashboard allows you to view everything related to your events on one page; race registration information on all your events, results tracking for all your events, notice of photos for your events and charitable fundraising tracking.
