The 2023 TCS New York City Marathon will be the biggest running party the city has ever seen! Fully back to its previous levels of both runners and spectators, the most sought after running event on the planet will not disappoint!
Imagine standing at the start line on the Verrazano Narrows Bridge with 55,000 other runners from more than 100 countries, listening to the cannons boom as the marathon starts! Picture yourself running while more than 2 million spectators line the course, cheering you on every step of the way! Run through all 5 boroughs of this iconic city and finish in Central Park, then feel the weight of that beautiful finisher's medal around your neck!

2023 marks our 19th consecutive year providing guaranteed entries and escorting runners and spectators to this amazing event and 20th year in business, and this year we are planning some big things! Be sure to read everything below to take advantage of some of the great giveaways this year!
Dream Travel will be on site the entire weekend to assist you and make your trip as exciting and stress-free as possible! And we’re proud to say that we’ve run this marathon many times, so we are extremely knowledgeable about the course and the city!

*Packages include 3 nights.
*2 Runners Sharing â€" A package for two runners sharing one room, both of whom are purchasing an entry package from Dream Travel. This package is also for single runners purchasing an entry package from Dream Travel and who are wanting us to find them a same sex roommate. Price is per runner.
*1 Runner/1 Spectator â€" A package for one runner who is either traveling on their own and wants their own room, or, one runner and one additional person in the room who either is not running or already has an entry. Price is the total for both people.

Who May Purchase?
Anyone who will be 18 or older on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 and is not a full time resident of the US may purchase one of our guaranteed entry packages.
Deposits and Final Payment Schedule
CAD250 - at time of registration on the Running Room website
US750 - by December 31, 2022
Balance in USD - by July 1st, 2023
Your initial deposit of CAD250 will be converted to USD and deducted from your package amount. All other payments will be charged in USD.

Suggested Itinerary
Three nights are included with your package but we highly recommend that you arrive in NYC a little early and maybe stay a little longer to enjoy the sights. Keep in mind that each runner must go to the race expo in person to collect their race bib and you’ll need to do so no later than Saturday afternoon, though Friday is highly recommended!

Get to the race expo early to avoid the congestion and lineups! Plus, you’ll be able to
find items in your size! By Friday certain items in some sizes will be sold out.
Friday November 3
9AM
Join Stephen Price for a free, 3K Dream Travel Fun Run in Central Park. Those
Arriving in NYC today need to pick up their 5K Abbott Dash to the Finish Line bib(s) today
as the race is Saturday morning!
3-6PM
Come to the Dream Travel Meet & Greet to mingle with other runners from our group
and for your chance to win one of the great prizes listed above! You must be at the
Meet & Greet no later than 5PM to win a prize or collect the goody bag. All those
wanting to attend the Meet & Greet must RSVP by July 1st.
Saturday November 4
8:45AM
The Abbott Dash to the Finish Line 5K.
Last chance to go to the race expo and collect your marathon bib! Then, get those feet
up and rest up for the big day!
Sunday November 5 - Marathon Day!
Monday November 6
Sleep in, order in food, or get out and celebrate or do some sightseeing! Plus, today is
Marathon Monday and the NYRR has special activities happening in Central Park!
3K Fun Run with Dream Travel
Want to stretch your legs with other people from our group while running through Central Park? It’s a great way to shake off the nerves, meet some people and have a few laughs. This will be a slow, fun and easy jog on Friday, November 3 at 9AM.
Abbott Dash to the Finish Line 5K
This paid Fun Run on Saturday November 4th at 8:45AM has runners traversing through Midtown Manhattan and finishing at the iconic marathon finish line in Central Park! You must pick up your bib no later than Friday, November 3rd if you want to participate in this event. Price is US50 per person and the event is open to anyone and everyone. We will have very limited tickets so please place your order early.
Backlog!
Due to the cancellation of the 2020 TCS New York City Marathon and the limited field in 2021, there is still an extremely large backlog of runners trying to get into this event and hence we have limited availability of entries. That said, entries can not be held without a deposit.
Note: We will sell out so book early to avoid disappointment!
Packages
We can only sell entries with hotel and transportation to the start as mentioned above.
We are not permitted to sell entry only.
Looking for a Roommate?
If you are looking to save some money and have Dream Travel try and find you a same-sex roommate, please indicate this at the time of registration or via email afterwards. Although this is not a guaranteed service, we tend to find roommates for everyone when they inform us prior to May, and, the sooner you register the better your chances.
After You Register
After you register, Dream Travel will contact you to complete your registration process via the email address you provided. You must complete and return the forms issued to you and make all of your payments before you are issued a guaranteed entry.
Cancellation Policy
As the TCS New York City Marathon does not permit refunds, cancellation or deferral unless they cancel the event, our packages are non-refundable without insurance and entries may not be deferred. However, we do appreciate that things can happen and we will do the best to help you if you need to cancel.
If you need to cancel AND we are able to resell your entry package prior to the marathon’s registration deadline (typically mid August to early September), the following fees will apply:
US100 - until December 31, 2022
US150 - Jan 1, 2023 until registration closes and assuming we can resell your package.
If you cancel after registration closes and/or we are unable to resell your package there are no refunds or deferrals.
Note that these fees are refundable if you purchase insurance and cancel for an insurable reason.
Insurance
As packages are non-refundable you should strongly consider protecting yourself and your money by purchasing our Group Insurance through Travel Best Bets. Due to the costs associated with this trip and as you will not be traveling until November, we highly recommend purchasing our travel insurance. With paid insurance you will be able to cancel for insurable reasons as well as running injuries while training! Insurance covers: Cancellation, Interruption, Medical and Baggage. Please note that the insurance coverage that you may have on your credit card will not cover you completely! We are unable to process insurance for those living in Quebec – please contact your local travel agency for coverage.

- Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to include your proper email address!
- Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions processed securely.
- You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your application and payment details.
- Check the on-line confirmation list above.
- All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Entry fee does not include processing fee .

Many of our events are affiliated with a charity. Supporting a charity has never been easier!
It's Simple! If you are registering for an event that is associated with a Charity there will be a Donations tab on the top of the race page. All you need to do is go to the Donations tab and select Raise funds to set up your fundraising page. Once you set up a new Fundraising account or login with your existing profile you are ready to solicit your friends and family members to support you! All the resources you need to set your donation goals, solicit donation, and track funds are on your donations dashboard.
