Details
Celebrate Canada Day with the 2023 Virtual Canada Day 5K/10K fun run/walk. This event is a fun run and results will not need to be submitted. This event is capped at 2000 participants.
Run with us, wherever you are! You can run, jog, or walk on
the road, on the trail, or on the treadmill.
You get to run your own race, at your own pace.
Share your photos on social media with us using #CelebrateCanadaVR23 and tag @runningroom.
All Canada Day 10K and 5K participants will receive a Canada Day shortsleeve shirt and finishers medal
2.5K participants receive a commemorative finishers medal.

How to Register:
Select your home province to register. Canadian Residents Only.
- Western Provinces - British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, North West Territories, and Yukon Residence.

- East Coast - Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland Residence

In Store Pick up is no longer available. Your race kit will be directly mailed to you.
$9.99 home delivery for individuals (or $19.99 for teams of 2-6 individuals) will be added at checkout.
Race Kit Pickup:
In Store Race kit pickup Dates: Packages will be available from Wednesday June 29th to Sunday July 3rd.
An e-mail will be sent to you prior to race kit pickup.
If you chose Direct to Home Shipping, please ensure you also chose the additional add-on of Direct to Home Shipping.

How to register
- Choose your event! Click on the registration link to go to the secure registration page
- Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to include your proper email address!
- Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions processed securely.
- You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your application and payment details.
- Check the on-line confirmation list above.
- If you missed Paying for the Direct Shipping Option - Click Here to be directed to the payment page.
- All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Entry fee does not include processing fee .

Many of our events are affiliated with a charity. Supporting a charity has never been easier!
It's Simple! If you are registering for an event that is associated with a Charity there will be a Donations tab on the top of the race page. All you need to do is go to the Donations tab and select Raise funds to set up your fundraising page. Once you set up a new Fundraising account or login with your existing profile you are ready to solicit your friends and family members to support you! All the resources you need to set your donation goals, solicit donation, and track funds are on your donations dashboard.

The Athlete Dashboard allows you to view everything related to your events on one page; race registration information on all your events, results tracking for all your events, notice of photos for your events and charitable fundraising tracking.
