Notice: 2021 Event postponed until 2022

Since our priority remains to ensure the safety of all of our participants and our community and to follow the recommendations by the federal and local government’s top health officials during the COVID-19 outbreak, we announce the  postponement of the 2021 Course D'Oka to the Sunday November 6th 2022. All participants registered will see their registration transferred to the 2022 Event.

Online Registration for 2022 will be available once we have confirmed the details.

  • Teams*: for the 5 or 10k teams, participants can run or walk...for the 21.1k event, it is a run event only (no walkers)
  • Team captains register first and invite members to join up!
  • Captains who register for the Team events will be sent a password to invite members to register to join their team.

    Please verify the spelling of your Team Name. This MUST be consistent.

  • Age for Youth - 17 and under.
  • The 21.1km participants receive a long sleeve tee:
    Men's Sizes: S, M, L, XL
    Women's Sizes : S, M, L, XL
  • The 1K, 5K, 10K participants receive a toque
  • Refunds are not possible.
  • All spectators, guests, that are adults must pay a 7.75$ access fee to the park.
  • Registrations on line are possible till the 3rd of November noon or until the event reaches its maximum capacity
  • All participants receive an event medal.

  • earphones are not possible on the 21.1k course
  • Strollers are not permitted on the courses
  • Pets are not permitted in those sections of the park

Directions to Park d'Oka:

  • Address : Parc national d'Oka, 2020 Chemin d'Oka, Oka (Québec) J0N 1E0
  • From Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts: Take Highway 15 South to Highway 640 West (in the direction of Saint-Eustache), and then follow the signs to the Parc d'Oka.
  • From Montréal: Take Highway 13 or 15 North to Highway 640 West, and then follow the signs to the Parc d'Oka.
  • From Ottawa: Take Highway 417 East to Highway 34 North (to Hawkesbury), cross the bridge in the direction of Grenville, take Route 344 East, and then follow the signs to the Parc d'Oka.
  • From Québec City and Trois-Rivières: Take Highway 40 West, and at Repentigny, take highway 640 West, and then follow the signs to the Parc d'Oka.

  1. Choose your event! Click on the registration link to go to the secure registration page
  2. Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to include your proper email address!
  3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions processed securely.
  4. You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your application and payment details.
  5. Check the on-line confirmation list above.
  • All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Entry fee does not include processing fee .

Many of our events are affiliated with a charity. Supporting a charity has never been easier!

It's Simple! If you are registering for an event that is associated with a Charity there will be a Donations tab on the top of the race page. All you need to do is go to the Donations tab and select Raise funds to set up your fundraising page. Once you set up a new Fundraising account or login with your existing profile you are ready to solicit your friends and family members to support you! All the resources you need to set your donation goals, solicit donation, and track funds are on your donations dashboard.
