- EVENT PRESENTATION On September 17, 2016, Alexandria will hold its first professional running event. Organized by Community Living Glengarry to celebrate its 50th anniversary, Community RUNning is a new event ideal for athletes, community members of all abilities and active families. Participants will be able to take on a 1k or a more challenging 5k in-town running circuit. Timed by Sportstats, the largest sports timing company in the world, the run will offer a professional and unique experience to all runners. VISIBILITY Community RUNning is mainly supported by the township of North Glengarry, Desjardins and Inter Sport Hawkesbury. The organizing committee hopes to attract 300 participants at the event. A press conference will be held on April 20, 2016, to unveil all the events surrounding the 50th anniversary. Promotion in running clubs of the region, newspapers and on social media platforms are all part of the promotion strategies designed to advertise the run. - You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your application and payment details.

- All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.

It's Simple! If you are registering for an event that is associated with a Charity there will be a Donations tab on the top of the race page. All you need to do is go to the Donations tab and select Raise funds to set up your fundraising page. Once you set up a new Fundraising account or login with your existing profile you are ready to solicit your friends and family members to support you! The Athlete Dashboard allows you to view everything related to your events on one page; race registration information on all your events, results tracking for all your events, notice of photos for your events and charitable fundraising tracking.
