  • Team 10K/5K *A team captain registers first. He/she specifies a team name and is given a password to share with the other team members. Team members register individually and specify the team name and password.
  • A team member may choose to participate in either the 5K or 10K event. Standard early bird, regular and youth rates apply to team members. A team may be set up in one of the following three categories: School, Friends and Neighbours, or Corporate.

  • Family teams are $40 total for entrants 1 through 3 and $10 for each additional entrant to a maximum of 8 . See chart above.

  • Family Team Setup**

    Family awareness is key to the mission of AndrewDunn.org. The family billing rate structure aims to encourage families to participate as a group. Children can be very effective fund raisers. Each member of a family may choose to participate in either the 5K or 10K events. Also, an entire family may choose to participate as part of a larger team led by a team captain (above). A family must be registered as a group at one time. There can be no additions to a family team once it is registered. Each member of the family is recorded and will receive a bib on race day.

  • Family scenarios

    Mom runs the 10K, dad and their 3 young children walk the 5K. As a family, they would pay $40 for 3 plus (2x$10), total $60. If they paid the standard early bird rate individually their cost would be (2x$25 +3X$10) or $80.

    3 sisters and their combined 5 young children walk the 5K. As a family, they would pay $40 plus (5x$10), total $90. If they paid the standard early bird rate individually their cost would be (3X$25 +5X$10) or $125.
    Each member of a team will have his/her own fundraising dashboard. There will also be a dashboard for the team showing total donations to date made on behalf of all of the team members.

    - Quantities are limited and will only be given to participants who register in advance on-line.
    - T-Shirts will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.
    - Sizes are men's sizes only.

    Age for Youth - 16 and under.


Race Kit Pickup

  • Event packages, including bib numbers, can be picked up on Race Day, Saturday May 12, 2018 between 9:30 AM and 10:45 AM at the Oakbank One Insurance Arena.

  1. Choose your event! Click on the registration link to go to the secure registration page
  2. Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to include your proper email address!
  3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions processed securely.
  4. You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your application and payment details.
  5. Check the on-line confirmation list above.
  • All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Entry fee does not include processing fee .

Many of our events are affiliated with a charity. Supporting a charity has never been easier!

It's Simple! If you are registering for an event that is associated with a Charity there will be a Donations tab on the top of the race page. All you need to do is go to the Donations tab and select Raise funds to set up your fundraising page. Once you set up a new Fundraising account or login with your existing profile you are ready to solicit your friends and family members to support you! All the resources you need to set your donation goals, solicit donation, and track funds are on your donations dashboard.

The Athlete Dashboard is a new feature when you set up a member login and password and its Free.

The Athlete Dashboard allows you to view everything related to your events on one page; race registration information on all your events, results tracking for all your events, notice of photos for your events and charitable fundraising tracking.
