- Age for Youth - 12 and under.
- All Participants receive a FREE t-shirt.
- All Funds raised go directly to the Awasisak Program at the Stollery.
- The Awasisak Program (Awasisak is Cree for children) is a newer unit at the Stollery which supports aboriginal families from across Alberta and the north (from Cree, to Inuit to Meti etc) helping them adjust to their stay at the hospital. The program is a first of its kind in Canada which provides culturally sensitive services including support in traditional languages, ceremonial drumming and smudging, as well as a sacred prayer room on-site to support the physical and mental needs of patients and their families.
- To support our fundraising initiative, you can set up a fundraising page through your Running Room account, after you have registered for the Run.All you need to do is go to the Fundraising tab (at the top of the registration page) and select Raise Funds to set up your fundraising page.

- This way you have a manual form to use when asking for pledges from your friends and family!

It's Simple! If you are registering for an event that is associated with a Charity there will be a Donations tab on the top of the race page. All you need to do is go to the Donations tab and select Raise funds to set up your fundraising page.
