  • Hard copy registration forms and pledge sheets will be available on line and in all RR stores in late November. (waiting on a quote from your printers)
  • Also, hard copy registrations can be dropped off at any RR or at the Cancer Society at 193 Sherbrook Street, Wpg. MB.


Registration cheques are to be made out to "WPS Half Marathon" and all donations are to be made to the "The Canadian Cancer Society".

  • Runners will recieve a souvenir shirt. Sizes are unisex XS-XXL and there will be sizing kits in all Winnipeg Running Rooms to ensure participants get the right size. There will also be a surprise at the finish line with a custom medal/ribbon and breakfast on site.
  • Breakfast is free for participants and by donation for spectators.
  • There is also post race massage on site by donation.
  • There will be a dry clothes drop off area.
  • The event will be timed by Champion Chip.
  • Race Day photography will be by TPS Sports Photography.

  • All other pledges can be dropped off at the Race Kit pick-up May 1st & 2nd.
  • Credit card pledges can be made at the Canadian Cancer Society at 204-774-7483.
  • Participants have the option to raise pledges in lieu of their registration fees.
  • Late fee registration is the price you pay at the race kit pick-up.
  • There is no race day registration.
  • Participants also have the option of raising pledges in lieu of paying their registration fee's.

We encourage all participants who intend to fundraise for free entry to register themselves to ensure they have a spot in the race. Then, once the pledges are submitted, a refund will be issued upon application. This will avoid someone fundraising, then not having a spot in the race. Remember, this race sells out!

    Your entry fee will be waived if you raise:

    Before March 15th:

    • Half marathon: $160
    • Two person relay: $320

    Before May 3rd:

    • Half marathon: $210
    • Two person relay: $420 .

Prizes for the top 3 fundraisers

  • $300 RR gift card for first
  • $200 RR gift card for second
  • $100 RR gift for third
