- Any race kits that are not picked up, may be picked up at registration on race day.
T-Shirt:
- All participants will receive a free t-shirt. T-shirt sizes guaranteed if registered by October 11, at 4:00pm.
- Men's and Women's Sizes: S, M, L, XL, XL
- Costumes are welcome as it is a Halloween run.
Race Start Times:
- 1M Family Run/Walk - 10:00 am
- 10K Run/Walk - 9:45 am
- 5K Run/Walk - 9:30 am
Race Location:
- Run will begin and end in River Run Park in Half Moon Bay (South Barrhaven)
- Directions: Take Greenbank Road South to Cambrian Road.
- Turn right on Cambrian and follow to River Mist.
- Turn right at River Mist and follow to the end.
- Turn left at the end which is River Run, follow and park is on the left.
Running Scared is hosted by Ottawa Property Pros and all proceeds form the race will
go to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

1. Choose your event! Click on the registration link to go to the
secure registration page.
2. Fill out your information on the registration form. Make sure to
include your proper email address!
3. Use your credit card to pay your registration fee! Transactions
processed securely.
4. You will receive a confirmation Email, outlining your
application and payment details.
5. Check the on-line confirmation list above.
6. If there are any questions about your online registration please click on the contact us link to communicate with the race director.
All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry fee does not include processing fee.
