Small Awards:

  • Awards will be given to the top male and female finisher in the 10 km run and 10 km walk as well as the overall top male and female in the 5 km run/walk.
  • All finishers and volunteers will receive a custom medal.

  • All routes will follow the trail around First Lake. Each event is an out and back route. Please pay attention to the instructions of course marshalls for your event turnaround point.
  • The trail is not closed to other users. This means that there may be walkers with dogs on the trail during the event. Please be considerate of other users on the trail—SHARE THE TRAIL—and be aware of the possibility of dogs off-leash.
  • For 10 km Participants – First Lake Drive is not closed to traffic. For your safety, please pay attention and follow the directions of the race marshalls before crossing this road. It is the only road crossing.
  • The routes are all out and back routes. Please stay on the left hand side of your route to ensure that participants running or walking in the opposite direction have sufficient room to pass.
  • There be water stations on the 10 km course only.
