- Free Shirt with entry! Shirt cut-off date - 26th October, 2014
- All 5k participants will receive a short sleeve shirt and all half marathon participants will receive a long sleeve shirt.
- * Half Marathon Relay must have 2 members.
- The half marathon relay will consist of teams of 2. The first runner will run a 10km loop with the second runner running a 11.1km loop.

A silent auction will take place the day of the race with all proceeds going to the Ottawa Mission.
Included in your Half Marathon registration fee (5k participants must purchase brunch tickets) is a brunch and the chance to hear our guest speaker, the Hon. Stockwell Day, PC. MP.
Hon. Stockwell Day
When people ask HON. Stockwell Day about some of his legacy projects while serving in public office he often places high on the list his efforts with Coach Phil Marsh,(Running Room) in starting the first all -party MP running group on The Hill. Now, three years after stepping out of politics, Day still relies on Marsh's advice as he maintains his early-morning running regime and marathon pursuits.
In between runs, Day has his own consulting business, and serves on such corporate boards as Telus, RCI Capital,AWZ Ventures,and Baylin Technologies, law firm McMillan LLP and various NGO's. He is also a Director and Advisor for Canada's greenest refinery project( PFEC), is an internationally known speaker and a weekly national television commentator on CBC's Power and Politics.He and his wife, Valorie enjoy 14 grandchildren.
