We wanted to start a foundation in memory of our precious son, Vaughn. Having Vaughn in the care of the Stollery was an eyeopening, life changing experience to say the least. You never really understand this everyday kind of life until you are in fact one of these families. Watching these hardships, fall upon such innocence, leaves you feeling powerless.
We hope to make a small difference where we can to help ease the burden. By ensuring such efforts to the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, and the families, our healing journey continues while building a legacy for our son.
Our commitment to The Vaughn Sawchuk Foundation is to support and contribute to the families of the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at The Sollery Children's Hospital, encourage organ and blood donor registration,CHD researh and the Little Heart Heroes Camp.

- Entry fee does not include processing fee .

Many of our events are affiliated with a charity. Supporting a charity has never been easier!
It's Simple! If you are registering for an event that is associated with a Charity there will be a Donations tab on the top of the race page. All you need to do is go to the Donations tab and select Raise funds to set up your fundraising page. Once you set up a new Fundraising account or login with your existing profile you are ready to solicit your friends and family members to support you! All the resources you need to set your donation goals, solicit donation, and track funds are on your donations dashboard.
