If you have never tried one of our training programs or never considered running during winter, come out and discover for yourself what millions across the country have discovered: winter running is enjoyable and rewarding. Whether you are a seasoned runner, or a complete beginner, over the 4 weeks you will learn what you need to know to be successful and beat those stuck inside winter blues. If you’re short on time, no need to worry, each session is an hour tops so don’t miss out! Weekly Program Includes

  • Week 1: Selecting the right shoes
  • Week 2: Stretching and core exercise
  • Week 3: What to wear
  • Week 4: Your store manager’s favorite topic

Each session will be one hour tops including the running!

Please note: You must be 16 years of age to participate. Youth between the ages of 16 and 18 can attend with a parent or guardian in attendance.
