In Store Running Programs
Our running programs are designed to help runners from very little experience to marathon veterans reach their goals and keep inspired. A variety of classes and techniques are used to get you to the next step in your running. Click on a program below to get started!
Your registration includes: Run/Walk training, Group support, a FREE technical running T-shirt, Personalized programs, Rewards memberships, FREE bi-monthly Running Room Magazines, Online training log and manuals, Online tech support and help pages, participate in Run Club on Wednesday, Friday evenings and Saturday, Sunday mornings at any Running Room. Day and Time may vary by location.
Please note: You must be 16 years of age to participate. Youth between the ages of 16 and 18 can attend with a parent or guardian in attendance.

Learn to Run »
This program will get you started toward your running goals. Learn all you need to know about running in all kinds of weather, nutrition, goal setting, injury prevention, motivation, pacing and much more. At the end of this program you will be running for 20 minutes with a gradual progression of run and walk breaks.

5km Program »
This program will take you from the Learn to Run right up to the 5K distance. Prepare for your first 5K event and improve your current fitness as you build from your learn to run schedule.

10km Program »
Build on your 5K training to prepare for your first 10K event or improve your 10K time. This program will introduce you to hill training and steady runs to accompany your weekly long runs.

Half Marathon »
Build on the benefits of our 10 and 1 training to include hill training, tempo running and speed work in your training schedule. Take your training beyond the 10K to reach your half marathon goals.

If you are looking to complete a marathon or just experience the training, this program is for you. We will build on the half-marathon program and include hill training, 10 and 1 training and speed work to help you complete your marathon training schedule.
Trail Running 10K»
In this program we take you off the roads and sidewalks and onto the natural trails in our communities. Discover the hidden gems that exist in the communities and surrounding areas where we live together with other friends and colleagues.
Walk or Run to Quit »
The Walk or Run to Quit 10-weekTraining Program will provide you with support from Running Room, other Walk or Run to Quit participants and quit smoking experts. You can join a Training Program at your local Running Room or you can choose the online option.
