On-line Coaching Program | Half Marathon

Duration: 18 weeks

In this On-line Coaching program you will build on the benefits of the 10 and 1 training to include hill training, tempo running and speed work to build your training schedule. This program will take you beyond the 10K to reach your half marathon goals.

Weekly Program Includes

Goal setting, Injury prevention, Hill training, Cross training, Motivation, Apparel and shoe selection, Nutrition, Biomechanics, Heart rate training, Hot and cold weather running

Determine Your Level

In order to prevent injury, it is recommended that you take a training program best suited to your current fitness level. Training program members should currently run 7K or 40 minutes in distance with a combination of 10 minutes of running and 1 minute of walking.

On-line Coaching Programs

On-line Coaching Programs are ideal for people who wish to take a training program at their own pace and cannot attend at one of our store locations. Participants are encouraged to attend Run Club on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings at 8:30 at any Running Room location.
