Virtual Program | 5 KM
Duration: 10 weeks
You have the basics of running from the virtual Learn to Run program and now you are ready for the 5K goal. This virtual training program will introduce you to the Running Room 10 and 1 training and build on the Learn to Run program to help you reach your goal.
Your registration includes Online training program manuals and week by week curriculum, Online training logs and calculators, Weekly lesson emails and audio lessons from your instructor, Ask Instructor link to communicate directly with your coach, Downloadable Running Room coupons, Run/Walk training, Personalized training schedules, Rewards memberships, Bi-monthly Running Room Magazine, Online technical support and help pages, FREE Run Club every Wednesday & Sunday. Weekly Program Includes
Goal setting, Injury prevention, Hill training, Cross training, Motivation, Apparel and shoe selection, Nutrition, Biomechanics, Heart rate training, Hot and cold weather running
Determine Your Level
In order to prevent injury, it is recommended that you take a training program best suited to your current fitness level. If you can currently run gently for 1 minute then you are ready. The pace while running should be gentle enough that you can carry on a conversation.

Virtual Training Programs
Virtual Training Programs are ideal for people who wish to take a training program at their own pace and cannot attend at one of our store locations. Participants are encouraged to attend Run Club on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings at 8:30 at any Running Room location.
