Running Programs

Running Program | Half Marathon

Duration: 18 weeks

In this training program you will build on the benefits of the 10 and 1 training to include hill training, tempo running and speed work to build your training schedule. This program will take you beyond the 10K to reach your half marathon goals.

Your training program class will be held once a week at the date and time listed on your registration. Each class starts with a 20 to 30 minute group seminar followed by a group run. To complete your weekly training schedule, you will then join your instructor and group for runs (i.e. no class) at Run Club on Wednesday, Friday evenings and Saturday, Sunday mornings at any Running Room. Day and Time may vary by location.

Weekly Program Includes

Determine Your Level

In order to prevent injury, it is recommended that you take a training program best suited to your current fitness level. Training program members should currently run 7K or 40 minutes in distance with a combination of 10 minutes of running and 1 minute of walking.

Virtual Training Programs are ideal for people who wish to take a training program at their own pace and cannot attend at one of our store locations.
